Kingsoft Internet Security Notches Another Mark of International Recognition Awarded VB100 for the Eighth Time
(Hong Kong, 3 December 2009) Kingsoft Corporation Limited ("Kingsoft" or the "Company"; SEHK stock code: 03888), China's leading entertainment and applications software developer, distributor and service provider, based on market share, announced today that Kingsoft Internet Security, the Company's anti-virus software, has won another international recognition following the recent pass of the internationally authorized AV-comparatives testing.
Kingsoft Internet Security 2010 has just passed a testing conducted by Virus Bulletin, an international authority in anti-virus software testing, and thus has been awarded VB100 certification. It is the eighth time that Kingsoft has been awarded this certificate, which is strong proof of its outstanding anti-virus capability and edge in the highly competitive anti-virus software market in China. VB100 tests have been introduced and conducted by Virus Bulletin in the UK and is regarded as the benchmark and authority of anti-virus product testing.
